Bike ride in Banner Forest and Annie update

Here are some pictures from our bike ride last weekend in Banner forest. For those who don't know, Annie was hit by a car on Tuesday night. She broke her right front leg. They put a hard cast on her last night and she is now home on puppy drugs and getting rest. She will have her cast changed every two weeks for the next couple of months and hopefully everything heals okay.

Home made kitty playhouse

So we were looking at kitty playhouses and found that the most conveniently placed ones hung behind a door, except that they were going for almost $200! We decided to get creative and turned a hanging closet sorter into a playhouse for the little one. So ten bucks later we had this. There are holes cut out in the corners so she can move up and down. She loves to sleep in level three and attack the dogs from the first level.

Saturday we took the ferry to Seattle and bought a new car in Renton. We got a 1998 Subaru Forester S. It has all wheel drive, 84,500 miles, automatic, cloth interior, heated seats, power windows, power locks, key less entry, CD player, power steering, side mirror and rear window defroster, rear wiper, a three year warranty on everything, etc. It is awesome! Neither of us are used to having a nicer and more updated vehicle so it is very exciting. Can't wait to take everyone out for a spin when we come home for Christmas!

Here's a video of the dogs trying to get a tennis ball that was "accidentally" thrown into the bike basket. They were entertained for over twenty minutes. It was hilarious! Katinka is getting pretty big now. She still is tiny, just not as micro anymore.

Hi all! I added the virtual girl on the left. Pretty funny. Type a question for her and she will usually answer. The funniest we have found is to type "are you a __________" and whatever you type here she will repeat. So let your imagination run wild and have fun.

Weekend camping trip and downhill mountain biking

Here's some pictures from our camping trip this past weekend in Port Angeles. Mike and his buddy David went with a group camping and downhill biking on an old logging area. They all made a new trail and worked on the old ones and then played until their legs gave out. I also added some pictures from Annie's revenge for being left alone for too long, the guest room before and after, and the view from my current office window.
